Moldova participates in pilot testing PISA 2025

Chisinau, April 16 /MOLDPRES/- About 3,300 pupils from 72 educational institutions of 17 districts and municipalities of the country are taking part in the pilot testing for the Programme for International Student Assessment - PISA 2025, conducted by the Ministry of Education and Research and the National Agency for Curriculum and Assessment from April 15 to May 17, 2024.

As in the PISA 2022, the Republic of Moldova will conduct the computer-based testing.

The PISA test is an international comparative study conducted every three years to test the basic skills of 15-year-olds in three areas of study: mathematics, reading and science.

In addition, in the PISA 2025, students' skills will be assessed in an innovative area called Learning in a digital world.
