Border Police: All border crossing points operate normally with balanced flow in both directions of travel

Chisinau, May 4 /MOLDPRES/- General Inspectorate of Border Police (IGPF) announced today at around 9 a.m. that all border crossing points are operating normally, with a balanced flow in both directions.

IGPF said that in order to exclude queues and significant increase in waiting times, more border guards and customs officers will intervene at the control line, all control arteries will be opened and the number of special equipment will be supplemented.

If necessary, travellers can call the Border Police call centre (022 259 717) for advice on crossing rules and other public information.

Every traveller with internet access can check the situation at the crossing points by going to border.gov.md under TRAFFIC ONLINE.
