Moldovan PM on visit to Bucharest

Chisinau, May 8 /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean will participate in the tenth edition of the Central and Eastern Europe Investment Conference, due tomorrow in Bucharest.

According to government spokesman Daniel Voda, the conference focuses on the evolution and development of capital markets in the last ten years and future prospects. "The Prime Minister will attend the event and promote Moldova as an investment destination in order to attract additional resources to the national economy. Romania is one of the main economic partners of the Republic of Moldova", said Daniel Voda.

The event will be attended by professional organisations bringing together investors from banking, asset management, insurance, pension funds and other areas of the investment industry.

The Prime Minister will return to Chisinau tomorrow to attend Europe Day events.
