Over 500 young people from China to continue studies at Moldova State University in new academic year

Chisinau, May 15 /MOLDPRES/ - More than 500 young people from China will continue studies at Moldova State University (USM) in the new academic year. The subject was discussed by USM rector Igor Sarov, who met with Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Moldova Yan Wenbin.  Possibility of continuing studies in four programs offered by USM in cooperation with the V.N. Karazin University in Kharkov, Ukraine, for students from China was examined.

The meeting also focused on prospects of expanding the study of Chinese language at USM, offering Moldovan students the opportunity to acquire language and cultural skills in studying Chinese culture, USM said in a press release.

Another important issue was the continuation of collaborative relations between USM and Chinese universities, the results of which will develop new innovative projects.
