Moldovan parliament takes note of resignation of judge Tatiana Raducanu

Chisinau, 16 May /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today took note of the application on resignation of Tatiana Raducanu from the office of member of the independent Commission for the evaluation of the integrity of the candidates for the office of member of the bodies of self-management of the judges and prosecutors and of the Commission for external evaluation of the ethic and financial integrity of prosecutors.
Tatiana Raducanu tendered resignation on 14 May 2024.
The decisions under which the ceasing of the capacity of member is ascertained enter into force on the date of adoption.
