PM has meeting with UNDP Resident Representative in Moldova

Chisinau, 19 June /MOLDPRES/ - The government and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will closely cooperate, in order to achieve the goals set in the Country Programme 2023-2027. Prime Minister Dorin Recean has conveyed a message to this effect at a meeting with UNDP Resident Representative in Moldova Daniela Gasparikova, the government’s communication department reported.
The PM expressed gratitude for the support provided in diverse fields, especially: energy efficiency and the institutionalization of the energy vulnerability reduction fund, projects within the justice reform, transition to the green economy, as well as measures of adaptation and attenuation to the climate changes.
„We express full openness in the advancement of the cooperation for the sustainable development of Moldova and we assure you of the government’s every support in the achievement of all our joint objectives with UNDP,’’ Prime Minister Dorin Recean said.
The Moldova-UNDP Country Programme for 2023-2027 has as priorities of cooperation and assistance in such sectors as: inclusive institutions, participatory governance and social cohesion, enhanced prosperity in a sustainable economic and ecological development.
