CSM appoints new acting vice-president of Chisinau Court

Chisinau, July 2 /MOLDPRES/- Members of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today appointed Sergiu Stratan to serve as acting vice-president of Chisinau Court. CSM decision follows the promotion of Stella Bleșceaga to the Supreme Court of Justice.
The CSM magistrates heard today two candidates for the post - Sergiu Stratan and Petru Păun. Sergiu Stratan was appointed with eight votes in favor and one against.
There are 21 issues on the agenda of today's CSM meeting.
