Over 370 companies accessed loans through 373 program

Chisinau, July 10 /MOLDPRES/- Over 370 companies have accessed loans through 373 Government Program and managed to attract investments in the economy worth about 2 billion lei. The figures were presented by Prime Minister Dorin Recean at the beginning of today's cabinet meeting.

"One aspect I would like to note is the success of the 373 Program in attracting investments. We already have over 370 companies that have attracted 2 billion lei of investment through this project. That means over a thousand new jobs created. I appreciate the success and effectiveness of this program," the Prime Minister said.

The 373 program is available from 1 June 2023. Through it, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Moldova can access loans of up to 40 million lei on favorable terms, paying interest of only 7% in lei or 3% in foreign currency. In order to benefit from the loans, entrepreneurs will have to present an eligible investment plan to the bank and have a 10% own contribution to the investment program.
