MPs made changes to list of public assets not subject to privatization

Chisinau, July 11 /MOLDPRES/- Lawmakers voted today in the first reading a draft amendment to the Annex to the Law on administration and deetatization of public property. The document includes the list of public property that cannot be privatized.

The list will include 27 joint-stock companies with a state share, selected by the Commission for sorting out state-owned enterprises and state-owned commercial companies. There will also be included 35 state-owned enterprises, the majority of them - 32 enterprises have been sorted in the category Enterprises recommended for reorganization into another legal form of organization.

The draft was set up by the Public Property Agency.
