PM congratulates judoka of Moldova on succes achieved at Paris Olympic Games

Chisinau, 29 July /MOLDPRES/ - There is a new medal in the prize record of Moldova’s team at the Paris Olympic Games. Prime Minister Dorin Recean congratulated judoka Adil Osmanov on winning the bronze medal.

Come one, Moldova!”, Prime Minister Dorin Recean said.
Judoka Adil Osmanov won the bronze medal, defeating Italian Manuel Lombardo. Osmanov, weight category of 73 kg, today qualified for the semifinals of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, after gaining three victories over his adversaries.
Judoka Denis Vieru on 28 July brought the first medal for Moldova’s team at the Olympic Games.
Both sportspeople will receive a state prize worth 2,000,000 lei.
