Moldovan PM congratulates Fulger brigade's policemen on Independence Day of Moldova

Chisinau, 26 August /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean has congratulated the former and current employees of the Fulger special police brigade and, as a token of gratitude for the conscientious attitude to the job duties and patriotism, he awarded Diplomas on behalf of the government, the communication department of the cabinet of ministers reported.
The PM said that the employees of the Fulger Brigade represented a model of devotion and defence of the Motherland, highlighting the courage of the veterans who had sacrificed their lives for Moldova to be an independent state.
„Nobody knows the price of the independence and sovereignty of our country better than the Fulger Brigade. These heroic deeds will remain as examples for the present young people and the next generations and together we will be able to edify a strong, united and prosperous European Moldova,’’ Prime Minister Dorin Recean said.
This year, Moldova marks the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.
