GOVERNMENT BUILDS: New projects for 72 localities in country with state funding

Chisinau, 17 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- National Regional and Local Development Coordination Council today approved new projects for localities in the country, according to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development (MIDR).

17 more projects were selected within the National Program Public nursery services. "More than 440 children and 108 kindergarten employees will benefit from the new nurseries. The amount allocated from the National Fund for Regional and Local Development is 21.4 million lei, with a contribution from the town halls of 0.9 million lei", indicates MIDR.

This means that 72 localities will benefit from total support of 38.13 million lei.

Also, for the elaboration of the General Urban Plans, 11 large projects financed from external sources will receive support from the government for the contribution of the town halls. The amount allocated from the National Regional and Local Development Fund is 14.18 million lei.
