HoReCa companies, real estate agencies obliged to connect cash register equipment to Electronic Sales Monitoring system

Chisinau, Sep 27 /MOLDPRES/- Economic agents in restaurants, food services and real estate agencies are obliged to connect cash register and control equipment to the Automated Information System Electronic Monitoring of Sales by October 01, 2024.

According to the State Tax Service, the targeted taxpayers are to procure cash register and control equipment (ECC) compatible with SIA "MEV". The list of certified ECC models and suppliers is available on the website mev.sfs.md.

At the same time, the economic operators concerned shall also de-register old type ECCs, which do not meet the technical requirements.

SIA "MEV" represents a unique information resource, which ensures the reception of information on the transactions carried out by means of cash register and control equipment, real-time sales monitoring and risk analysis.
