Several buildings in Moldova to be rehabilitated with Iasi County Council's support

Chisinau, Oct 17 /MOLDPRES/- A delegation of Iasi County Council was yesterday on an official visit to the Republic of Moldova, in Calarasi, where a cooperation agreement between Iasi county and Calarasi district was signed, which provides for financing the renovation of some buildings in Moldova.

The event in Călărași completes the list of joint development projects implemented in Moldovan districts. The Iasi County Council has already allocated funds to support such projects: 150,000 euros for the repair of Hâncesti district House of Culture, 83,000 euros for the repair of Cimișlia district House of Culture, etc.

According to Costel Alexe, Iasi council head, the European path and belonging to the great European family is the only chance Moldova has today to develop quickly, fairly and sustainably. "Choosing Europe is certainly a decision that will open new prospects for development and strengthen stability in the region. Support the pro-European path! It is the choice of your future", he said.
