Moldovan government approved creation of Agency for Digitization in Justice and Court Administration

Chisinau, Nov 6 /MOLDPRES/- Public services in the justice will be improved and the work of courts will be optimized through the development of digital technologies and information systems. In this regard, the government today approved the creation of the Agency for Digitalization in Justice and Court Administration, following the merger of the Agency for Court Administration and the Legal Information Resources Agency, the government's communication department has reported.

The creation of the agency is important for digitizing judicial processes and advancing the development of the concept of e-justice, focused on citizens' needs. At the same time, the Agency's work will focus on improving the performance of the courts and reducing the length of trials.

Thus, by implementing digital solutions, the Agency will facilitate access to justice, reduce bureaucracy, create a more transparent and efficient environment and facilitate citizens' access to legal and procedural information.
