Superior Council of Magistracy convenes General Assembly of Judges on 19 December

Chisinau, Nov. 12 /MOLDPRES/- Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) has decided to convene the General Assembly of Judges on December 19. The event will be organized at the Palace of the Republic.

Also today, the CSM members announced the contest for the appointment of a member of the CSM among the judges of the Courts of Appeal, as well as the contest for the temporary transfer of five judges to the Supreme Court of Justice.

The last General Assembly of Judges was held on April 28, 2023. It was attended by over 300 magistrates.
