Moldovan fine artist who lives in Czech Republic to stage exhibition in Venice

Chisinau, 27 November /MOLDPRES/ - An exhibition titled „Tratti di seta” (Silky Flight) by fine artist Teodor Buzu, who lives in the Czech Republic, will be inaugurated in Venice, Italy. The event will be organized in the Big Gallery of the Romanian Institute of Culture and Humanistic Research from Venice, Palazzo Correr, Cannaregio 2215, on 11-19 December 2024.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, the fine artist said that he would exhibit 20 works made in water colour, painting on silk, acrylic on canvas, paintings of variable dimensions, original works selected in a harmonious collection adequate to the space of the gallery.
Teodor Buzu is regarded by the specialty critique as one of the most gifted and inspired artists promoters of painting within the contemporary art of the Romanian space from abroad.
The fine artist participates with devotion in exhibitions in Romania, concomitantly in European countries. He is a polyvalent artist, he paints in water colour, easel painting, graphic design, porcelain, monumental painting and book graphic.
Teodor Buzu is Knight of the National Order of Romania, For Merit, in Rank of Commander (2003), laureate of more international prizes. He participated in over 100 collective exhibitions and had 87 personal exhibitions. Under a presidential decree, Teodor Buzu has been recently awarded the honorific title of Master in Art.
