Moldovan voters may check fairness of electoral lists

Chisinau, 10 November /MOLDPRES/- The voters may check the fairness of electoral lists on 9-29 November 2014. This can be done both at polling stations, as well as online, via accessing the website of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC): www.cec.md.

According to the electoral legislation, the voters may address the electoral bureau corresponding to their residence, in order to request, under the confirmation documents, the inclusion or exclusion from the list, correction of errors committed at putting down data on themselves or other voters. 

CEC said the voter may be registered only in one electoral list and at one polling station, on the basis of the documents showing his/her residence in the area of the concerned polling station.

The person with residence is registered, during the validity of residence, in the electoral list at the polling station where he/she lives.
