Moldovan parliament's delegation takes part in plenary meeting of CIS inter-parliamentary assembly

Chisinau, 26 November /MOLDPRES/ - A Moldovan parliament delegation participates in the 41st plenary meeting of the inter-parliamentary assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The event is held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on 26-28 November, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.
The delegation is made up of MPs - head of the Moldovan parliament's delegation to the CIS inter-parliamentary assembly Chiril Lucinschi, chief of the parliament's commission for culture, education, youth, sport and mass media, Alexandru Stoianoglo, head of the commission for security, defence and public order, member of the commission for human rights and inter-ethnic relations Petru Vlah.
Under the agenda, at the plenary meeting, the lawmakers will consider about 20 model legislative acts in the areas of economics, education, health, tourism, local public administration, information security.
The plenary meeting will be preceded by meetings of the CIS inter-parliamentary assembly's council and the standing commissions. The discussions will be focused on the activities carried out within the Commonwealth's inter-parliamentary assembly in 2014, approved documents, as well as an action plan for the next period.
The MPs will also participate in an international conference on prospects for the amendment and completion of the legislation on public-private partnership in the CIS member countries.
