Chisinau, 12 September /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament will have two new lawmakers. It is about Alla Darovannaia and Anatolie Labunet on behalf of the Party of Socialists (PSRM). The Constitutional Court (CCM) validated the MP mandates today.
The mandates remained vacant after Vladimir Turcan and Victor Gaiciuc had renounced the lawmaker seats over the office incompatibility.
In these conditions, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) took note of the vacancy of those two MP mandates and made a proposal to CCM to declare the alternate candidates on behalf of PSRM, Alla Darovannaia and Anatolie Labunet, as MPs. The Constitutional Court did not establish circumstances able to hinder the validation of these mandates.
The CCM’s decision is final, cannot be subjected to any appeal, enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial).
