Foreign ministry issues travel alert in Barcelona

Chisinau, 15 October /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration informs Moldovan citizens who are in, transiting or wishing to travel to Barcelona, Spain, about possible demonstrations that may cause disruptions to air, road and rail traffic, both in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, as well as in the neighboring region, the MAEIE’s press service has reported.

MAEIE recommends Moldovan citizens to avoid the areas where the demonstrations are taking place and to inform in advance about the possible disturbances of road traffic in the region by clicking the link infocar.dgt.es/etraffic/.

At the same time, additional information can be found on the official websites of the railway and airline companies that Moldovan citizens intend to travel, and by clicking the link aena.es/en/passengers/passengers.html.
