Leader of Democrats' party of Moldova votes for Chisinau municipality to be run by manager

Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/ – The leader of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM), Pavel Filip, came to the polling station to express his vote in the general local elections (ALG), on Sunday morning, 20 October.

The politician was accompanied by his wife and grandson. On leaving the polling station, Pavel Filip has said that he voted for Chisinau municipality to have a mayor – manager.

"I voted for a team to support the mayor and investment projects for Chisinau city. I voted because I want my children and grandchildren to live in an arranged city. I had a long period of uncertainty that preceded these elections and therefore I expect more discipline and rule in the city,” said leader of PDM.

Today, there are held ALG in Moldova, and there are open polling stations throughout Moldova.
