Works of patrol, clearing of snow, combating glazed frost continue in Moldova

Chisinau, 16 February /MOLDPRES/ - The road traffic is ensured in winter conditions on all national public roads. At the same time, the works of patrol, clearing snow and combating the glazed continue, according the State Administration of Roads (ASD).     

Today, the works of patrol, combating the glazed frost and clearing snow continued in the regions where interventions of the units of the stock company Drumuri (Roads). The technological process was carried out with the involvement of 16 special vehicles and 37 road workers in the districts of Sangerei, Briceni, Donduseni, Ocnita, Nisporeni, Orhei, Rezina, Drochia and Soroca, ASD said.  

The roads’ managers continuously monitor all dangerous road segments, so that any difficulty emerged in traffic is settled quickly. 

Variable cloud and no essential precipitation are forecast for the next 24 hours. Slight fog is expected in some regions and roads will be covered with glazed frost. The wind will be weak to moderate. At night, the air temperature is to drop to -15 Celsius degrees and will increase to -4 degrees during the day.
