Moldovan official journal to publish decision on professional development of civil servants in 2021

Chisinau, 18 February /MOLDPRES/- The decision on state order on professional development of civil servants in 2021 will be published in the Official Journal on 19 February.

According to the government's decision, the Academy of Public Administration will ensure in coordination with the State Chancellery: the elaboration, approval and distribution of the Plan on carrying out state order of public authorities; elaboration and approval of training programs in line with practical needs, the provisions of the normative framework and the relevance of the topics for the professional development of civil servants; organization of didactic and technical logistics activities related to the Plan on carrying out state order.

By 31 January next year, the State Chancellery will present the report on the implementation of the planned training activities.

The public authorities will also ensure: the delegation of civil servants to participate in training courses; the participation of the specialists in the elaboration and carrying out the training programs as trainers, as a result of the request of the Academy of Public Administration.

The expenses on carrying out state order will be covered within the limits of the financial means allocated for this purpose to the Academy of Public Administration.

The decision enters into force tomorrow upon the publication in the Official Journal of Moldova.
