Declaration on individual income tax can be submitted by 30 April

Chisinau, 19 February /MOLDPRES/- The State Tax Service (SFS) announced that private people who do not carry out entrepreneurial activity and who are required to submit the Declaration on individual income tax (Form CET18) for 2020 will do so by 30 April 2021.
According to the institution, the processing of the data related to the Information Notes (Form IALS18) for incomes made by private people in 2020 has been ensured.
"The declaration on income tax can be submitted by taxpayers by the following methods: electronically, through the service Electronic declaration; on paper at the tax service directions, regardless of their place of residence”, SFS said.
Therefore, private people who are required to submit the income tax declaration for 2020 or would like to set out 2% have the opportunity to submit it to the State Tax Service.
Private people who do not have an electronic signature have the possibility to submit the pre-filled Declaration to the territorial subdivisions of the State Tax Service. In this case, the tax officials, based on the taxpayer's identity card, will generate the pre-filled income tax declaration.
