Moldovan fine artist says makes several sculpture works, edits volume of poems

Chisinau, 20 February /MOLDPRES/ - The fine artist and poet, professor at the Moldovan Technical University Victor Cobzac in the last time has made five sculpture works, edited a book of poems and prepared for printing several volumes of poems expecting their editor.  

Contacted by MOLDPRES, Victor Cobzac said that his volume titled, One Hundred Poems, had appeared at a publishing house from Bucharest. Presently, he makes more sculptures, due to be presented at an exhibition of painting, graphic, sculpture, art photography and poetry, which will be in next September in Chisinau and then in Ungheni.   

Victor Cobzac was born in the western Ungheni city on 6 September 1950. He graduated from the V. Surikov State Academic Art Institute from Moscow, easel painting specialty. Cobzac is titular member of the Moldovan Fine Artists’ Union, university lecturer at the Technical University of Moldova. In 2020, he was awarded the prize I Literary Archive, with the a poem at the International Festival, European Poetry Championship, two friendship prizes, other prizes, the trophy World Poets Association at the International Festival, first edition, in Montreal, Canada, etc.
