Young singers from Moldova participate in international music contest

Chisinau, 22 February /MOLDPRES/ - Three young singers from Moldova participated in the Supervedete de Dragobete (Dragobete Superstars) International Music Contest, held in the Vaslui city, Romania, on 20-21 February.

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the head of Moldova and its Minorities Association, UNESCO Club, Eugenia Rusu, said that she had been pleasantly surprised to be invited to this event as honorary head of the jury. ‘’Along with me, there were those three representatives from Moldova: Anastasia Badin, aged seven, from Cahul, Valeria Dunai, 17, from Chisinau, and Mihaela Stratan, 17, from the Paulesti, Calarasi district,’’ Rusu noted.

”Our girls impressed the jury through singing, message and artistic attitude. At this contest, we saw gifted young people, who sang professionally, which I appreciated a lot. I will be glad to see again the best of them at the Constellation of Talents International Art Festival, due in Chisinau on 28-31 October 2021,’’ Eugenia Ursu said.
