Chisinau, 24 February /MOLDPRES/- The Party of Socialists announced today that it is calling on parliamentary parties to dialogue to identify a solution to overcoming the political crisis.
"In order to overcome the crisis as soon as possible, PSRM reiterates its openness to dialogue with all factions and parliamentary groups. Our goal is to find the most effective solution to overcome this crisis and take urgent measures to improve the lives of citizens. Even today, PSRM will contact the representatives of the other factions and parliamentary groups to start a dialogue," a communiqué issued by the party reads.
At the same time, the Socialists asked the politicians "to stop the attacks on the Constitutional Court for the 23 February decision."
"In the coming days, PSRM will convene a meeting of the Republican Council of the party to decide on the next actions," the statement said.
Yesterday, the Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional the decree on repeated appointment of Natalia Gavriliță for the position of prime minister. Head of state Maia Sandu said "in this parliament there are not 51 MPs to support the fight against corruption and people know that there is only one way out - snap polls".
