Moldovan capital's city hall holds fourth tender for right of placing ambulant trade units

Chisinau, 26 February /MOLDPRES/ - Thirteen plots of land worth 10.66 million lei were adjudicated at the fourth tender for the right to place ambulant trade units in Chisinau.  

The Chisinau city hall today held the fourth tender for getting the right of signing the contract for the placement of street ambulant trade units on the city’s territory.   

The most demanded plot of land at the tender was the one placed on the Ismail Street from the Centru district, with the initial price set of 350,000 lei and the selling price was of 2.45 million lei. Another two places adjudicated at high prices are the ones placed on the Alexandrescu Street and the Mills’ Valley Park, sold against 1.93 million lei and respectively, 1.45 million lei.    

The other places were adjudicated at prices varying between 204,750 and 560,000 lei. The term of the contract for the right to sell is of five years.

At the first two tenders held in December 2020, 28 trade places worth 51.8 million lei were adjudicated and at the third tender in January 2021, 11 plots of land worth 26 million lei were demanded.
