New issue of Future national under-15 footbal tournament to start in Moldova

Chisinau, 26 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan Football Federation (FMF) has informed that the matches of the first stage of the Future Under-15 national football tournament would take place in the end of this week.

Ten teams made up of players born between the 2006 and 2007 years will participate in the tournament: four, North, South, Centre, East regional selected teams, as well as six football clubs from the national juniors’ division - Sheriff Tiraspol, Zimbru Chisinau, Dacia-Buiucani Chisinau, ȘSSF Balti, Petrocub Hîncești, Academia Radu Rebeja-LIMPS Chisinau.

The first issue of the Future national tournament was held in 2007 and was won by the east regional selected team. The competition’s goal is to identify gifted footballers, improve their mastership in the perspective of completing the national team of Under-15 juniors.
