Traffic takes place with no disfficulties on Moldova's national public roads

Chisinau, 1 March /MOLDPRES/ - The traffic takes place with no difficulties on the national public roads. Roads’ managers continue carrying out works of patrol and combating the glazed frost on the national roads in the regions where their intervention is necessary, according to the State Administration of Roads (ASD).    

Light snow has been recorded in the northern and central Moldova in the last 24 hours; rains were registered in the southern regions; so, the roadway is covered with snow in the northern and central regions, with glazed frost in places and is wet in the south.   

„On this period, the territorial units of the Drumuri (Roads) stock company carried out works of patrol and combating the glazed frost in the country’s northern and central regions and works of patrol in the southern region. Thirty seven special vehicles and 55 road workers were involved in the technological process,’’ ASD said.  

Meteorologists forecast for today air temperatures oscillating between +1 and +6 Celsius degrees; at night, the air temperature will drop to -5 degrees and snowfall is expected all over Moldova.
