Novel by Moldovan writer living in France published in German, Polish

Chisinau, 1 March /MOLDPRES/ - The novel titled, ”Vara în care mama a avut ochii verzi” (The Summer when Mother Had Green Eyes) by Tatiana Tibuleac – a Moldova-born writer, settled in France, is published in translation into German and Polish in March 2021.
According to the director of the Cartier publishing house, Gheorghe Erizanu, the German edition is translated by writer Ernest Wichner and the Polish one – by Dominik Matecki. More than 25,000 copies of this novel have been already sold in Spain. The Spanish edition, published in 2019, won the Cazino de Santiago European Award. The aforementioned novel appeared at a publishing house from Chisinau in 2017. The Romanian edition reached a number of 22,500 copies in all.
Tatiana Tibuleac was born in Chisinau on 15 October 1978. He graduated from the Iulia Hasdeu lyceum from Chisinau and got a degree of the Journalism and Communication Sciences of the Moldovan State University. Presently, Tibuleac lives in Paris, where she works in the audiovisual sector.
With her works translated into French and Spanish, Tatiana Tibuleac was laureate of Moldova’s National Prize in 2019.
