Law on internal trade amended

Chisinau, 4 March /MOLDPRES/- MPs voted today in final reading amendments to the law on internal trade.

The amendments aim to exclude existing regulatory discrepancies in the legislative framework on internal trade, including the adjustment of procedural regulations with those of the Law on the regulation by authorization of entrepreneurial activity and the Law on basic principles of entrepreneurial activity.

Also, the draft sets out the grounds for refusal for commercial notification, the procedure for receiving, processing and issuing notices of receipt.

At the same time, it includes amending provisions on marketing of products / services at a reduced price, by setting a separate chapter. The legislative framework is also supplemented by new regulations on household producers and the procedure for making production surpluses from household plots or in fruit and vegetable associations.
