Moldovan State Fiscal Service to control traders of flowers

Chisinau, 5 March /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) on 8 March will carry out actions of monitoring and verifying the tax payers who sell flowers in authorized markets and trade units from all over Moldova, in order to prevent the illicit commerce with flowers, without documenting the transactions through cash and control equipment.
According to SFS, the actions will be focused on measures of compliance, through the monitoring of the use by traders of cash and control equipment while making cash discounts, conform registration of the entrepreneurial activity in a certain organizational and legal form.
„The concerned controls come in the context of the growth in the demand of flowers on the eve of the International Women’s Day, which will lead to the enhancement of the risk of the non-declaring of all sales, in order to diminish the quantum of taxes related to the National Public Budget,’’ the Fiscal Service said.
The national fiscal authority recommends that all tax payers comply with the legal provisions and the buyers – ask for the cash voucher when purchasing flowers, thus contributing to the increase in the degree of compliance.
