Vaccination of medical employees of primary medical asistance to start in Moldova on 12 March

Chisinau, 11 March /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 18,000 doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccine, including syringes and safety boxes, as of 12 March will be distributed to institutions of the primary medical assistance and district health centres, for the immunization of the medical employees. The Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS) made statements to this effect today.
The state secretary, Tatiana Zatic, said that the vaccination of all medical employees was priority, in order to be able to further provide medical assistance to residents. ‘’It is necessary to ensure a rigorous management as to the quick and efficient use of the doses of vaccine received, according to the scheduling approved, at the level of institution,’’ Zatic said.
Also today, decision-makers additionally trained the representatives of the medical institutions and health centres from the Autonomous Territorial Units of Gagauzia concerning the efficient organization of the vaccination process.
