Ambulance doctors responded to over 7,000 requests in recent days

Chisinau, 12 March /MOLDPRES/- In the last 72 hours, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Assistance Service registered 7,367 requests. 2,747 patients were transported to hospital in the country, of which 298 children.
According to the Center, the emergency care teams noticed a significant increase in requests for respiratory emergencies, serving 2632 requests, including 822 (IRVA), followed by cardiovascular emergencies - 1207 requests, including 15 patients with acute coronary syndrome, and neurological emergencies - 781 requests, including 88 strokes.
In recent days, 372 calls have been made to the emergency due to various injuries.
There were 11 road accidents on the country's routes, as a result of which 13 people suffered. Subsequently, the emergency medical teams transported eight patients to the hospital for additional medical care.
