The education will be organized based on three scenarios, depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation in each settlement. More exactly, the territorial extraordinary public health commissions will instruct the organization of the education process depending on the degree of alert assigned to the settlement, based on the indicator of incidence per 100,000 residents in the last 14 days, according to the following scenarios:
- As for the settlements where the Green Code or Yellow Code alert degree is registered (incidence lower than 49 cases of COVID-19 per 100,000 residents in the last 14 days), the education process will take place with the physical presence of pre-school children, pupils and students in education institutions, with the strict observance of the public health norms as to the prevention and spread of COVID-19.
- As for the settlements where the Orange Code alert degree is recorded (incidence between 50 and 100 COVID-19 cases per 100,000 residents in the last 14 days), the education process with the physical presence will be allowed to pre-school children, pupils of the primary education, pupils of the graduation forms, as well as the pupils of the vocational education involved in probations and the students from the last years from the higher education at practical classes. The education process will be online for the pupils and students of other forms and years.
- As for the settlements where the Red Code alert degree is recorded (incidence higher than 100 cases of COVID-19 per 100,000 residents in the last 14 days), decision-makers will ensure the daily participation with the physical presence of pre-school children and pupils of the primary education, as well as of a contingent of 50 per cent of the overall number of pupils from the graduation forms (the 9th, 12th, and 13 forms) and of the pupils and students from the last years from the vocational and higher education. The education process will be online for the pupils and students of the last forms and academic years.
