Moldovan speaker, acting PM discuss epidemiological, economic situation in country

Chisinau, 15 March /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Zinaida Greceanii and acting Prime Minister Aureliu Ciocoi convened today in a meeting to discuss the epidemiological and economic situation in the country, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.
The officials exchanged views on the measures required in the critical situation created in the healthcare, economic and social sectors.
They discussed possibility to set up tougher restrictions on limiting the rapid spread of the virus and mitigating the impact of the pandemic on the business environment and the national economy as a whole without the lockdown.
