Regulation on Romania's aid published in Official Journal of Moldova

Chisinau, 16 March /MOLDPRRES/- The Official Journal made public today the Regulation on setting amount of diesel from external humanitarian aid granted by Romania for farmers affected by the 2020 drought.

According to the government decision, the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment, through the Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture will set list of potential beneficiaries and amount of diesel corresponding to the level of drought, according to the Regulation.

The Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture will present to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, including the Interdepartmental Commission for Humanitarian Aid, the list of potential beneficiaries of external humanitarian aid offered by Romania, up to 6000 tons of diesel to make a decision on its proper distribution. The period for submitting applications for material aid in diesel will be 21 days from the date of entry into force of this decision.

Information on the deadline for applications, including the preliminary list of potential beneficiaries of aid will be placed on the official websites of the Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture and the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment.

The control over the execution of the present decision is entrusted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment, and the decision enters into force upon publication in the Official Journal.
