Deadline for submitting income tax declaration expires on 25 March in Moldova

Chisinau, 16 March /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) has reminded that nine days were left for submitting the income tax declaration for 2020 by legal entities and private people who practice entrepreneurial activity, tax payers who carry out professional activity and private persons carrying out independent work.   

The aforementioned tax payers are to submit, by electronic means, the income tax declaration to SFS till 25 March 2021, according to the provisions established by Article 187, paragraph (2) of the Fiscal Code, or on paper.

The economic agents subjects of the small and medium enterprises sector, the people who carry out their professional activity in the justice sector and health field, as well as the private people who carry out independent work pay the income tax to the budget in installments till the date of 25 of the month following the concerned quarter.

The deadline for submitting the income tax declaration for private people citizens is 30 April.
