General Prosecutor's Office requests lifting of immunity of several MPs of Shor Party

Chisinau, 19 March /MOLDPRES/- Prosecutor General Alexandr Stoianoglo requested today the lifting of the immunity of MPs of Shor Party Petru Jardan and Denis Ulanov.
Speaker Zinaida Greceanii made the statement today. She said she received three requests from the Prosecutor General on lifting of the immunity of some deputies in order to detain, arrest and bring to trial for several offenses.
Thus, the legal committee on rules and immunities will meet next week to study the materials and come up with an answer. The Prosecutor General and Jardan and Ulanov should be present at the meeting of the commission.
