Chisinau, 20 March /MOLDPRES/ - All schools from Moldova’s capital will switch to the online education as of 22 March. The municipal extraordinary public health commission took a decision to this effect today.
Also, the commission ruled to come up with a request to the central authorities to provide vaccines to the teachers from Chisinau, so that they are immunized on this period, with about 15,000 teachers registered in the capital.
The commission will submit another request to the Interior Ministry, for carabineers to be present in stops, in order not to allow agglomeration in public transport in peak hours.
The commission ruled that the religious services in churches take place outdoors starting from 1 April. Also, the kindergartens remain active. If necessary, decision-makers will intervene with testings and measures for each case individually. The markets, commercial centres and the HORECA pubs from Chisinau will work according to the decision taken by the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission, with the schedule established.
