Moldovan light music singer passes away

Chisinau, 20 March /MOLDPRES/ - A light music singer, former announcer at Radio Moldova, head of the Vatra Cultural Society, Art Master, holder of the Labour Glory order Vlad Negruzzi has died at the age of 70.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, People’s Artist, former announcer at Radio Moldova Mariana Bahnaru said that Vlad Negruzzi had conquered her through his proverbial modesty. ‘’He had a soft, radio and quite warm voice of tenor. He was intelligent and of rare decency. He never offended anybody and was quite sociable,’’ Mariana Bahnaru stressed.
Vlad Negruzzi was born in the Donici village, central Orhei district, on 3 July 1950. He was announcer at the radio, then manager of more cultural projects, head of the Vatra Cultural Society. During years, the Vatra society launched new names and songs; he started cooperation with all schools from Moldova; Negruzzi put on stage small talented children from boarding schools, in order to feel and make sure that the life can be nice even without parents and relatives.
Vlad Negruzzi will be buried at the Orthodox Central Cemetery on the Armeneasca Street from Chisinau on 22 March at 12:30.
