Chisinau teaching staff likely to be vaccinated anti-coronavirus

Chisinau, 22 March /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau city hall asked central authorities to set teaching staff in the city in the second line of vaccination.
Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban said today at an online meeting of the municipal services that he asked the authorities to set the teachers in the second line of anti-coronavirus immunization.
According to the official, teachers will not be forced to get vaccinated, they will do it at will. "If we want to resume lessons with the physical presence of pupils in class, teachers must be vaccinated. The teachers are in an area at risk of COVID-19 infection, we requested the inclusion of teachers in the second vaccination line," said Ceban.
At the same time, Ceban asked the General Directorate of Youth Education and Sports to draw up the lists of teachers who want to be vaccinated and asked this institution to provide the necessary tests to check the health of teachers working in Chisinau.
