Moldovan painter's works during pandemic

Chisinau, 23 March /MOLDPRES/- Fine artist Iurie Matei, People's Artist has recently created 12 paintings and participated in several exhibitions and creative camps.

Iurie Matei participated in creative camps and exhibitions: at the International Art Creation Camp Dan Platon, 14th edition in Ploiești, Romania (November 2020), International Symposium Art and Heritage in Sucevita, Romania (December 2020 ), Dan Platon International Painting Camp Exhibition, 14th edition, Ploiești City Hall, Romania (December 2020), Art and Heritage International Symposium Exhibition, Sector II City Hall, Bucharest, Romania (January 2021) and at Art Front Exhibition, Palace of Human Culture, Ukraine (January 2021).

His works are in private collections in Canada, the Russian Federation, France, Germany, Israel, Norway, the Netherlands, Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Spain, the United States of America.

In 2010, Iurie Matei was awarded the honorary title Master in Arts and in 2014 - the honorary title People's Artist.
