„I repeatedly urged the banking system’s representatives to assume a more active role in overcoming the pandemic and financial crisis, through which most economic agents go. This is possible by helping the small and middle enterprises, especially those from the agricultural sector. I noted, in this context, possibility to stimulate the crediting by banks of economic agents. There are financial resources in banks and they should work for the crediting and, respectively, the saving of the economy.’’ Maia Sandu said.
The head of state stressed that this was a necessary moment of solidarity, which will make everybody stronger.
