National football team preparing for match with Faroe Islands team

Chisinau, 24 March /MOLDPRES/- The team of the national football team is being prepared for the debut in the preliminary tournament of the 2022 World Championship.

The Moldovan Football Federation announced that the players of the national team were summoned on 20 March to the Training Center of the national teams from Vadul lui Vodă, and on 23 March the first full training session was held, after the arrival of Alexandru Epureanu, Artur Ioniță and Oleg Reabciuk.

The debut of the preliminaries of the World Football Championship for the Moldovan team will take place on 25 March at 21:45 on Zimbru stadium in Chisinau. The game will be played without spectators and will be broadcast live by a private TV channel.
