Chisinau, 25 March /MOLDPRES/- The Investment Agency of the Republic of Moldova, together with its partners launched a country promotion campaign dedicated to redefining the position of our country on the global tourist map.

The concept and implementation plans of the action were presented today at an online event organized by the Agency.

The organizers aimed to revive the international interest in the country's tourism potential, through a new conceptual and stylistic expression. On this occasion, a video was released the other day with the participation of local artists.

"The year 2021 already clearly outlines its strategy in the field, the countries re-compete for the title of post-pandemic tourist destinations (we clearly follow the examples of Turkey, Egypt, Ukraine, Greece) and we want the Republic of Moldova to take step to global trends, conquering now the relevance of
tourist destination through a new image and promise", said Rodica Verbeniuc, general manager of the Investment Agency.

According to the official, the promotion campaign is launched with a new message, through which the Republic of Moldova reposition itself as a tourist destination on the global arena, and the video presented is a first step in the multidimensional communication strategy abroad, with the role of keeping us on the tourist radar during the post-pandemic transition period.

The campaign is carried out by the Investment Agency, development partner of the tourism sector, which promotes Moldova as a destination with authentic and unexplored experiences.
