Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/- The prosecutor's office has complex evidence and will take all measures to investigate, finalize and prosecute as soon as possible the criminal cases involving Shor MPs Denis Ulanov and Petru Jardan.
After the court released yesterday under judicial control the accused deputies in resonance cases, as well as the judge from the Chisinau Court, caught red-handed with bribery, the General Prosecutor's Office came with several clarifications.
"These examples, as well as many others that we have constantly reported, come to reconfirm our previous messages, through which we informed society, supreme state bodies, development partners, international institutions about the state of justice and the serious impediments we have in the criminal investigation of the bank fraud and other cases of serious crime. The prosecutors have evidence on all the cases in which they request the application of the preventive arrest, this being made available only to the judges in order to issue adequate solutions ”, the communiqué of the Prosecutor's Office reads.
The Prosecutor's Office will appeal all court solutions, which are contrary to the evidence and law, and will take all measures to investigate, complete and prosecute as soon as possible the criminal cases.
