Legal committee on rules, immunities approved draft law on people vaccination

Chisinau, 30 March /MOLDPRES/- The legal committee on rules and immunities approved today draft law on measures to ensure the immunization of the population.

The document attributes to the government the right of pre-emption on all anti-COVID-19 vaccines that are entering Moldova by economic agents.

The bill regulates COVID-19 vaccination services by private health care providers, as well as the provision of tax facilities for employers who procure the vaccine and the COVID-19 immunization service for employees.

Also, for the entire period of public health emergency, payments made by the employer for the procurement of the vaccine and vaccination service of anti-COVID-19 employees would be considered non-taxable facilities granted by the employer.
